CHICAGO, Aug. 11, 2000 - Trading hours for dairy futures and options products on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) will be revised beginning with the start of trading on Monday, Aug. 14, 2000, the CME announced.
The new trading hours will be as follows:
In addition to futures and options on dairy products, the CME trades cash markets in cheese, nonfat dry milk and butter. Trading hours for cash products are unchanged.
